AVB Productions has a new sub-organization centered around fitness. This organization is for those who recognize that our body, as Christians, is a temple of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, we need to put sufficient time and effort into maintaining it. It serves the purpose of giving people the support and tools they need to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthy state of wellness. Spiritual, mental, and physical wellness is our goal.
